Mikhayla Pitts
I’m a yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and licensed massage therapist, and I’m passionate about supporting both physical and mental health through movement and healing touch. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2019 and I value how the practice has helped me connect to my body, breath, and inner awareness.
With my background in massage therapy, I bring a strong understanding of anatomy to my classes. My goal is to hold space where you can explore movement and build confidence, and find both strength and ease in your practice.
