  • Original 26&2 Hot Yoga

    Also known as Bikram yoga, this 90-minute sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises is performed in a room heated to 105°F (41°C) with 40% humidity. The practice aims to build flexibility, strength, determination, and confidence and improves over well-being. This class is open to all skill levels - BEGINNERS ALWAYS WELCOME.

  • Hot Pilates

    This 60 minutes class is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that blends Pilates principles with a cardiovascular-boosting, heated environment, designed to strengthen muscles, burn fat, and improve fitness. The room is heated to 95 degrees and movement modifications are provided making this full-body class great for all fitness levels.
