Why are we here?

Many of us are faced with daily stress and anxiety that causes a disconnect from our bodies, minds, and from the people around us. At Mija Hot Yoga, we will aid in your path to healing through the power of Bikram yoga - you’ll rediscover your strength, flexibility, focus, and ability to connect with your community.

We encourage first-timers to engage with a consistent practice to experience the full benefits of Bikram yoga. Come to class as often as you can in your first month and witness the transformation of your body and mind!

  • Please register for class online. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a spot.

  • You will sweat - A LOT! Please adequately hydrate before class.

  • We offer mats and towels for rent, although we encourage you to bring your own (towel will lay over your mat).

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat in.

  • Dressing rooms and showers are available before and after class.

  • Classes start on time and once class starts, the door is locked. We advise arriving 10-15 minutes before class time to check in, change, set your mat, and hydrate!

  • Comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in - exercise shorts, tank tops, sports bras, trunks, etc.

  • Every body is different and goals should be acheivable! We see the best results 2-4 times per week. Consistency is key!

  • YES - this practice is for all levels. Execute each posture to the best of your ability with the guidance of your instructor and don’t forget to breathe! Listen to your body and rest at any point. Come as you are and we’ll support your on your wellness journey!
